If you want to spend a relaxing day out on the ocean without having to worry about the pace of a tour, you can always rent your own stand-up paddleboard. Though – it’s harder than you might think, so it’s recommended that you’ve used a SUP before renting one on your own. If you’re up for the challenge though, paddleboarding in the beautiful Potrero Bay is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon with friends exploring the islands right off of Playa Potrero; the Catalinas Islands. You may even see schools of tropical fish, or manta rays, or sea turtles!
